Alternative Foods- Superfood

Money does not go as far as it used to. Many years ago a person got his or her dollars worth and many things were under a dollar. With salaries still in the year of  the 1980's and  the prices of most things have inflated, thus making the cost or affordability of many things impossible; we need to change the way we survive. When the government cuts back on food stamps and your employer may tell you to get a second job in an effort to make ends meet, how does one survive the cost of inflation to buy food when salaries and minimum wage rates can no longer provide for three meals a day?

The answer is in the diet. It has always been said that you need a balanced meal to get you through the day. How does one to this on a very low income and then to be able to eek out another few hours on a second dingy job on an empty stomach? People have parted ways with their cable. I understand this because we tend to pay for channels as part of a package or bundle selection that we do not get to decide upon or choose. Therefore, customers pay a lot of money for channels like the pentagon channel. This confuses me because I thought that stuff was government secret or confidential. Who needs Wikileaks, when all you need is a cable company that broadcasts all of this government type nonsense for you? Since it's part of you package and you can't remove it or exchange it for another comedy or sports channel, you may as well Tivo it and then invite people to watch and spread the word. Other channels that need to be deducted from a cable bill are channels for Russian wrestling and for those people who are not bilingual and who do not entertain as such you don't need to be paying for a bunch of foreign channels in HD either. Since the cable company refuses to take into consideration of persons on a low income and or fixed budget, I suppose cutting the cord or getting the most basic of channels is a way of telling the cable company that, food and nutrition come first. It's such a shame that these cable packages or bundles do not allow for channel swapping so that a person can pay for a cable package that is economical and that will actually include channels that the viewer watches; by allowing the viewer to select a few channels in exchange for those he or she will never watch.

On the discussion of food, the body must in take certain vitamins and nutrients to sustain them throughout the day. If you don't have much money left once you pay the rent and health insurance(they should provide superfood discounts), you may want to think about eating cheap; and when going from one job to another you need to stay healthy. By taking superfood vitamins one will be equipped with all of the necessary fruits, vitamins, green vegetables, probiotics, fiber and antioxidants. In fact, by eating a superfood blend, you are is putting many important nutrients into your body without having to eat plenty of foods in one setting. This is important because, affording a lot of food is becoming increasingly difficult.

Superfoods may be more economical and cost effective to use for let's say a breakfast or lunch shake. Imagine spending a little over a dollar for meals and having the energy of a much younger person because of it. You save money and stay healthy at the same time with superfood, the alternative food. You will never have to worry about food going bad or rotting because you did not eat them as soon as they were purchased and you no longer have to worry about providing fresh food because by eating superfoods in vitamin or powdered form you are providing you body with multivitamin intake and all of the benefits of green foods and nutrients that regular diet and meals to not contain, without the risk of fresh green vegetables going bad.

When your green is low and you have nowhere else to go or "turn to" which is so archaic, people don't turn channels anymore, eat the alternative food that keeps you healthy and on the go- Superfood! Besides, you can get a two month supply of superfood with the money you save by downgrading your cable TV plan. Cable is a luxury, although the basic is a necessity to keep informed. Who needs that many sports channels unless you are operating at OTB from your home? Food is a necessity and we have to choose what we are going to eat in order to survive because the job market no longer provides for luxuries!
