Bracelets were once a very popular item. Right up there next to peace sign necklaces. Nowadays, we wear bracelets to make a statement or show support for one cause or another. I honestly, think that tattoo ink companies should go public on the stock exchange because, if they did we would never have to worry about retirement. Safety is a concern for everyone and most importantly for those who cannot talk or express themselves for someone to understand if they are lost and if they are ok or not. Currently, they have those "I cannot get up." necklaces that the elderly use to contact the police, fire, ambulance department or relative if something goes wrong. Personal protection is great to have, it helps people live longer and perhaps more independent.
The GPS Safety Bracelet is designed for the handicapped, autistic or mentally handicapped person who may decide in his or her own head that they need to go somewhere without contacting or telling anyone that they are about to do so. Not so funny! Locating a person who cannot speak and tell you where the live or who they are can make it very difficult for someone who finds them to reunite them with family or any place they may be living at. If a good citizen or samaritan gets involved and brings the person to their family, residence or to the police station hopefully the police will do their diligence to help the person and everything will turn out ok. People get lost in crowds, stores, group homes and even while living at home. Caring for a handicapped person is difficult work and becomes an "All night thing." Parents, siblings, caretakers and everyone involved need peace of mind that these people or loved ones are ok during the night or even in areas that are heavily populated or with no people at all. In doing so, if that handicapped person goes out on his or her own and becomes separated in a crowd or store or park or anyplace else you can imagine, with the GPS Safety Bracelet you will always know where to find them.
How does the GPS Safety Bracelet work?
The GPS Safety Bracelets work on lithium batteries, that do not need to be charged. This eliminates the hassle of caretakers who must remove the bracelets to either update identity information and include medication information as well as contacts such as family or residence information. The GPS Bracelet is waterproof, bluetooth and is the size of a watch. They connect like a monitoring bracelet so they cannot be removed like a watch, this is so that in the event of an abduction the bracelet cannot be easily removed. The GPS Safety Bracelet can be connected via USB to a computer to input the information and identity of the wearer, address of wearer, important contact information, medication information and allergies ect. and of course it is GPS equipped. The GPS Safety bracelet contains a walkie-talkie device and a 911/panic mode for distress calls. This is so that the caregiver can contact the police to alert them of the situation. How can they do that if the person who is wearing the bracelet is yet to be found? Good question, and I did say that the GPS Safety Bracelet contains GPS software and is bluetooth. Once the caregiver uses the GPS software on their computer, phone or tablet they can do a search of bracelet locations to find the person who they are looking for in order to return them safely. They can also via microphone through a headset or phone talk directly to the bracelet wearer to see if hopefully a decent, good samaritan has found the person and if so they can help locate them and bring the person to safety. GPS Safety Bracelets also contain apps and apps can be downloaded to monitor heart rate and distance walked ect. Other apps can be downloaded also. The GPS Safety Bracelet also contains a monitor log whereby information is contained each and every time the bracelet is used to locate a person. The GPS bracelets can be purchased for group homes or families who have children or adults who need assistance and have mentally handicapped issues.
The GPS Safety Bracelet- just tell em 'it's a tattoo, now everyone looks cool, which can be difficult when you're trying to locate someone!
